"I felt very unsafe when walking in the vecinity of the hotel, countless homeless individuals doing drugs. No one told me that housekeeping would come only every other day, and even so they just came once in 5 days. No AC which made it unbearable, and the windows would open just a few inches. The noise caused by the unruly unhoused, coming from the street day and night was dreadful. I left one night earlier than expected to a better hotel."

The condition of our room 406 at no fault to housekeeping was that the tile in the shower was gone and very uncomfortable, a mat was provided but i am not a fan of these. "This looks more like a cheap Hostal than a 3 star Hotel. I stayed a week earlier in another 3 star Hotel in SFO downtown for same amount wt better beds, room and lobby amenities. The staff that checked me in was like a “student” or resident. He acted like a person that is in charge of a college dorm. The pictures showing a Coffee machine are a scam, there are none coffee machines available or microwave etc that is closed to guest and only available for residents of the place. "Overall the hotel was clean, safe, and provided a good stay. My only negative was that there was a weird person constantly in the lobby area throughout my entire stay, which put me off using the amenities in there when needed. They didn’t seem like a guest but maybe staff on break? Not sure, but they were there every time over multiple days and made it very uncomfortable"

"Our stay was great! Our room was clean, the staff was SO friendly and accommodating which truly made our entire stay. We appreciated that so so much. They gave us recs of things to do/where to eat and were so helpful when we needed to extend our room stay an extra night. Close to many things we did in the city and felt safe since we needed our key cards to get into the lobby! Would not mind staying here again!"

"We were there visiting grandkids. It was roomy, comfortable & well-equipped. Set-up worked well bc my husband has sleeping issues due to a medical condition so having the 1-bedroom made it possible for me to get some rest while he was trying to settle in at night. The area is good also for walking our dog--very safe neighborhood. "

"Common pantry for free coffee and food warming. Toaster av too. Good location to eating places (American, Chinese, Japanese, Thai cuisines) and shopping (Macy, shopping Mall, Nieman Marcus,etc.). Bus stop & Tramcar stop is nearby. And the street car end stop is just on the next street. But there are many homeless people around the streets. "
