"This is the first time we are staying here. We thought that it would be not that good since the price is very affordable. But we were sorpresa that the room was very clean, NOT smelly as many we’ve found at the same price, the bed was not that bad. We could do late check in and they have a late check out (for an extra fee) available. Overall was good (and more than expected) for the price. We will stay here again. "

"There was no indication that the hotel was under renovation and when we came to the hotel the entrance had caution tape everywhere. We requested to cancel and received it."

"Great area for walking, beautiful views, clean room. Plugs available on one side of bed only, room organization could be better. Had problems getting seated for breakfast, and order never arrived after 40 minutes."

"Loved the outside ambiance of Berkeley Marina and Caesar Chavez Park; as well as the inside ambiance of the hotel. Nice pool and hot tub and fire pits by restaurant. Would like fires in them to go past 10 pm. Nice spacious king room but pull out sofa bed was not at all comfortable. Restaurant food is wonderful but too expensive, as is food in the large 24 hr deli. Staff is very friendly and helpful! "

"We loved the hot tub, although the pool was very cold, it being March. The room was nice - typical - and the staff competent and friendly. The area around the hotel has absolutely nothing, but it is convenient to the highway. "
