"The onsen Ryoken is a famous one in Japan as the Japanese Emperors had stayed at the estate for a few times. We stayed at a room with private onsen which is excellent. The food was also great and we had a great time."

"완전 로컬들만 가는 호텔이라서 한국인들 보고 깜짝깜짝 놀라는 시간이었어요. 아침은 엄청나게 환상이 나오는데 저녁도 너무 맛있고 아침도 맛있었어요. 너무 많이 먹어서 살찌고 왔네요. 야외 온천은 시간제인데 사실 물 위에 뭐가 너무 많이 떨어져서 길게 못하고 걱정만 하다 나왔어요"

"I found out about this place from Love Live Sunshine. The hotel is on island so you have to get to it by boat (hotel takes care of this for you) is very cool. It adds an extra step, but it’s worth it. The room had a great view of Mt. Fuji across the ocean. The Japanese restaurant was amazing! The hotel staff were nice and helpful. The Love Live room was a nice touch. "

"Staying at Numazu Club was magical. It truly felt like a hidden gem. The stuff was very welcoming and made every wish possible. My financé proposed to me on the last night in the private dining room in the old tea house. It will be a place that will forever stay in our hearts. "The room was beautiful with a patio that overlooked the lush hillside. The dining area was pleasant and the food was good. The onsen, however, could stand some refurbishment. The hotel advertises late checkout but I was told that 11:00 am constitutes late checkout. This seems like a bit of a scam to me. Made my departure more rushed than a I planned for it to be."

"The hotel is new and conveniently located right next to the train station. We were lucky to be able to see Mt Fuji from the room. Excellent selection of buffet breakfast. Sparkling clean room. Very professional staff. We had a very nice stay!"

"夫婦で利用したのですが、私の手違いで一人予約となっていましたが、チェックイン時にすぐに二人に変更していただきました。ストレスなく対応していただき感謝です。ただし、ほぼすべての宿泊施設が事前に人数、チェックイン時間、アレルギーの確認の連絡がありましたが、ここはありませんでした。食事は大変満足しました。十分な量とクオリティ、ペアリングのワインも最高でしたが、デザート用のワインは必要ないですね。コーヒーで十分なです。部屋も最高でしたが、ビューバスの部屋との目隠しがバス側で不便でした。"
