"The facility was dirty, not well kept, and old! Staffs weren’t helpful at all! I’ve already paid everything up front and still ended up being charged extra after I had checked out of my room! Never again would I even consider staying here! When I checked out the staff up front did not even asked for my room number or even offered to print out my final check out receipt! He was too busy on his paying attention to his own business then to help the customers!"

"Have lived in Van for over 10 years the moved to the valley. Was a show I wanted to see and figured a stay in Van was appropriate. The Waldorf was great. Easy check in, clean room, comfy bed and place to park. Will definitely stay here again next time a show is in town and I need to do so."

"The rates are very affordable for Vancouver and we liked the location next to the waterfront and almost on top of a Skytrain station which made it super convenient to get downtown. But… it was a bit loud at night - the pub downstairs, the traffic, the boats horns, the cross walk sounds."

"The property is quite old and does not appear to be well maintained.
The cleanliness was also concerning. The bed sheets had visible stains, which made us question whether they had been changed before our arrival.
Breakfast was included at an additional cost with our stay, but it was not worth it. Breakfast is upon request, and even then, no cutlery was supplied. When we ask the staff for cutlery and a refill of cold water she seemed irate.

"Excellent location and spacious, bright rooms with a large patio. Worth it to pay for an ocean facing room! A nicely stocked kitchen as well.
Parking is tight and there was not much for amenities that I saw, but the main attraction is across the street anyway.
