"Warm welcome on arrival and a free upgrade o a lovely room. The room was clean and had everything we needed for our comfort and convenience. Breakfast was fantastic and the staff in the dining room very friendly and helpful. Had two meals in Chaplins restaurant and all 4 of us enjoyed our meals, again the staff member was friendly and helpful. "Dated requiring refurbishment also when we opened bedroom there was loads of birds droppings on the corner of the window cill because there was a house Martin or swallow had been nesting therefor had to close window and get no fresh air. We stayed one night and left prematurely. No breakfast It’s like being a latch key school child Wouldn’t recommend"

"Breakfast. I waited over half an hour to get a pot of tea. I was finished my bacon egg tomatoes and mushrooms before a received the tea and had requested it 3times. You can go and get your own coffee so why not tea Also some seats in the inside dinning room are far too low to enjoy eating . We had to ask for another table. I cannot fault the rest of my visit our room was fantastic and spa area great."

"Wonderful house. I have had many visits to Nairn over the years and this is my #1 for Accommodation. Whole house was immaculate. Location right in the heart of everything yet peaceful right beside the river. Very generous welcome pack too. We booked again for 2026 as soon as we arrived. "

"Very helpful staff ."

"Friendly and welcoming"

"The property itself is lovely, however the details were misrepresented. In several spots, it is stated as a four bedroom, but there is only 3. Future guests be aware."
