"A lovely B&B, the room was beautifully clean & well equipped, nice touches like fresh milk, sweet treats & bedside phone chargers which was really useful. The breakfast was amazing, locally sourced meat from the Butcher with some of the nicest black pudding I have tasted. The town and beach are all within walking distance and plenty of places locally to eat in the evening. Thank you Helen for a wonderful stay"

"The lodge is beautiful in very peaceful area, it was very clean with everything we needed. We used it mainly for a base as we were traveling so only really slept there. The lodge is situated between 2 other properties and would benefit ( I’m my opinion) with blinds on all lower windows. The bed is very comfortable but a bit on the narrow side. "I typically look for Marriotts when I'm near an airport, even though they've been pretty hit or miss for me, depending on the airport. This one is, by far, the best airport Marriott I've ever stayed in. First of all, the staff was amazing--very friendly and hard-working. They were short-staffed on one of the times I checked in (I stayed here on two non-consecutive days), so my room wasn't ready when it should have been. So they gave me a free drink at the bar and I very happily waited until my room was ready. I hope my room isn't ready next time I stay there too, haha. The hotel was impeccably clean, and the restaurant area was very comfortable. And it's walking distance to the airport, so you can't beat the convenience if you have an early flight. Once again, best airport Marriott ever!"

"Very highly recommended. The hotel has had a spruce up since I was last here and she's looking lovely. Very comfy beds and powerful shower with nice products. Great spa. Food and cocktails both delicious. Everyone super friendly and helpful. With local people coming in to use the pool or have a drink at the bar, it feels like part of the town as well rather than just a tourist enclave. We will be back. "
