The Scott
It’s a bit far from the old town, but it’s such a beautiful place that it’s totally worth it. The breakfast is fantastic, and you can even enjoy a whiskey tasting with one of their specialists. Overall, it was a wonderful stay.

Apex Waterloo Place Hotel
Had an excellent stay at the Apex Waterloo Place - stayed 3 nights over a long six nations weekend. The hotel was really well presented, all of the staff we met were really friendly and helpful. We ate at the Liberte restaurant and had their Prix Fixe menu - the food was delicious and good value ...
