"This is a wonderful property. Close to the attractions of the old city, but away from the hustle and bustle. You will feel like you're in an oasis amid the crowds. We were three people traveling and had a nice sized family room. The toiletries are fantastic, and if I'd had room in my suitcase, I would have bought a bottle of the lotion. The staff is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable."

"Great value stay. Breakfast was great with a selection of hot food and lots of fruit options. Front desk and maintenance staff were very nice and were working hard. Room was a university dorm with a lot of wear and tear, but that is reflected in the price. Lots of buses and about a 25min walk to Old Town."

"We had a lovely time. From the moment we were greeted at reception on the first day till the day we left. Everyone was so nice and couldn’t have done enough for us. "What a beautiful property with a gorgeous room! We also enjoyed the extra rooms: library, music, etc. They were decorated very nice; we felt like we were staying in a castle! The staff were helpful and professional. The beds were not as comfortable as I would have liked. A perfect place to stay about 10 minutes drive from a park and ride into Edinburgh."
