"If you would like to enjoy your Edinburgh stay surrounded by green & space, this is the place for you. 15 mins walk or 10 mins bus from the busy city center, next to the Arthur’s seat. Unfortunately my room did not have view, just walls, but if you are lucky, most of rooms should have beautiful green views. Friendly staff, good food, lovely garden terrace to enjoy beers, if it is sunny!"

We ended up having clothes stuck in there for a long time overnight and in the morning when we rsna the dryer a few times. Checkout is at 1000am so at 1024 they knocked saying we need to leave. "This property was comfortable, clean, and well equipped. Great location, too. However, in an effort to save energy, the bathroom lights were on a motion detector. There is nothing worse than finding yourself in a soapy, slippery shower in the pitch black because the lights would not stay on. Would never stay here again because of that!"

"Overall the property was good but some things to note. 1. Hot water wasn’t working when we arrived. They had someone over within 2 hours to check it, and did end up fixing it within about 4 hours, it was frustrating after a long travel day. 2.
