"All was good except the shower did not have a door and water would get on the restroom floor. Everything else was excellent specially the restaurant food and the location."

"All would have been fine if we received clean beds. The beds once you pulled back the comforter sheets were filled with hairs (short hairs from pets or human) and stains. Pillows were also disgusting and had stains on them. Thankfully we had travel blankets and pillows and utilized those for our stay. We had a packed itinerary and did not want to waste our time waiting around for the checkin person to be around to explain the situation. At checkout time only person available was the guard who was only able to get the keys and provide us our deposit. Sent an email with pics to customer service about receiving some kind of refund as a gesture of good faith for the unacceptable sleeping conditions and responded once and then ghosted me. Still have not heard back. There are many other places in great locations. Save yourself the uncleanliness experience and book elsewhere."

"The room was accommodating - lots of space. We didn’t have the best view from our corner room (construction site). Check-in was quick and easy. We liked that the doors used codes to open the door instead of key cards because we typically misplace them. The rooftop was beautiful - full panoramic view of Mexico City. Only downside was the shower. The drain was super clogged and you’d be standing in crud from the drain."

"It's a fair hotel in Reforma. Not too far from the Angel of Independence, a grocery store, a 7-Eleven, and some eateries. the Police station is nearby, so the area is safe. The hotel itself is a bit rougher. The carpeting is dingy. The air isn't clean. And the bathrooms are filled with gnats that keep coming back through the drain. There is a perplexing amount of service checks, i.e. the mini bar, the cleaners, the laundry. The lighting in the room was glitchy due to makeshift electrical work. It's a work in progress, and it shows. I'm also confused about the construction on the third floor and the aroma throughout the hotel. The staff is nice and aims to please. I would highly recommend that the ownership gets and unbias walkthrough to share opinions and areas of improvement. The lobby bathrooms didn't have any paper, etc. It needs work, but if you don't mind, it's serviceable. My room on the 4th Floor was terrible. The view was of the service roof. Finally, it can get loud if there are celebrations in the city. We heard festivities and soccer match celebrations until 2 am."
