"Great breakfast, nice pool and fire pit. We were on 1st floor. Condo was nice, but could hear a lot from condo above us. A lot of people smoking pot on property too. Pool area needs someone to go in there and clean debris around fence line and I think they should upgrade the pool towels."

The biggest issue was with the Expedia Platinum perks. We usually book VIP hotels for the benefits, but they weren’t really honored here. "The facility is not up to par for the price of the room compared to other hotels across the street. The reception staff were wonderful but when the only elevator broke the manager was rude and unhelpful. Our room was on the top floor and when he was asked about a status update for repairs he said there are the steps. He didn't have the decency to even say I apologize for the inconvenience we are working on it."

"Nice spot with access to downtown St Michaels. The only unfortunate part of our stay was the restaurant was closed for renovations. Staff was kind and helpful during our stay and the room was very clean. Property right on the canal; so perfect for boaters too!! Also- dog friendly, we appreciated the accommodations for us and our pup."
