Hotel Spa di Ebbsfleet

"We absolutely loved our stay here! We were made to feel immediately welcome and our nervous dog felt right at home. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The staff were fantastic and friendly throughout our stay. We really enjoyed our meal in the evening and the cooked breakfast was fantastic! Parking was easy and the hotel is located centrally in the beautiful village. We would definitely come back!"

"Trouble with our hot water and shower bathroom black mould at a very unhealthy level Housekeeping was lovely and helpful so was most of the staff one woman in reception was quite rude to me when I enquired nicely about the shower being hard to use We won't be back it was not cheap for us and the experience for us was very dissapointing. I have an auto immune condition and are currently on tablet form chemotherapy and the black mould can trigger a serious health flair for me as I have a...

"Quite and clean, nice comfortable bed. Good well lit car motorcycle parking."

"Better to enjoy your coffee there rather than get it to go. The takeaway cups are so small that you end up throwing away half your coffee. They should offer larger takeaway cups to avoid this waste."

"Will be back"

"The rooms were lovely but cold."

"The staff were very helpful and kind."

"Nice friendly staff good food nice clean hotel"

"Room was clean just couple small things , table in room needs replacing and towel rail very dusty. Staff pleasant a couple stood out more than some . Misinformed first night about me being able to eat in the restuarant . Breakfast was very nice as was evening meal however as tasty as the starter was £22 was steep for what it was comparing to other 4 or 5 star hotels . I would come back its minutes from my work so a good place to chill before hand"

"Lovely place to stay, basically a guest room in a shared house though. Quiet hours meant no late showers which was hard when our days were planned ahead of time. Host was sweet and the room was nice, just felt like a lot of rules that would’ve been helpful ahead of time. The small town is so fun, loved walking around the stores and trying all the local restaurants - they close early so plan for that!"

"Friendly and traditional."

"What was not expected was presented at check-in online with a choice of either non refundable £40 deposit or refundable £300 deposit!. Gambled on refundable deposit and did get it a week later. For only 1 night!"

"Excellent stay great rooms, helpful friendly staff helped with check in and even loaned us a laundry basket to move our charitable donations we are traveling with. They validate parking for the Walnuts shopping center car park."
