"We chose this property because of its location and king beds instead of traditional queen size. The museums were only 12-15 minutes away for closer ones and 35-40 for the Lincoln Memorial. The Metro was under our hotel, making it convenient to commute from the airport (Terminal 2- L'Enfant Plaza stop- exit C- go up escalator and follow signs for Hilton) The Metro was easy. "The staff were excellent- they couldn’t have been more helpful and kind. Management needs to do something about the elevator issues - our last 2 days, only 1 elevator worked, but often taking us to the wrong floor- very frustrating at times. Overall, a great place to stay."

"The location was perfect. The hotel was clean and well-maintained with a lovely ambiance. The front desk staff was friendly and super helpful. We did have issues with the servers at the bar and restaurant. The service was slow, and it took an excessive amount of time to get our food. That being said, the flatbread pizza was great and the prices were reasonable. The rooftop bar views are lovely. We would stay there again."
