"One of the sinks had very low water pressure & the coffee maker was not functioning properly. I tried escalating the coffee maker issue, but it was not resolved. However, those are the only issues I encountered during my stay, the staff was otherwise very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, I would still stay here again and again."

"Rooms are fair, perhaps not huge but have everything you need. Sofa bed is good for two adults. Breakfast is also fine, is the same buffet every day so if you are staying more than three or four days you might need something different. Bar has different options to choose and you can opt to bring the drinks with you to the outdoor terrace. Staff was always friendly and supportive, thanks to Toni at the front desk!"

"This location is very useful getting around the city. It has easy access to the Metro and located close to the National Mall. If you’re ok with walking up to a mile or more. Just about every monument or museum can be accessed from here besides Arlington Cemetery (just use the Metro or Rideshare). Perfect location traveling with children. I always felt safe here with a constant presence of security in the lobby. I highly recommend taking advantage of the morning breakfast buffet, It’s very convenient and offers something for everyone. Look for Muhammad he will take great care of you and offers great service."
