It is right across the street from the White House and the Vue restaurant is an amazing place to eat at the top of the hotel with a generous “Vue”.

Amazing view at the roof top bar! We watched the presidential motorcade go by from our room window!! Walking distance to everything around the White House, in fact, afer dinner we took a quick walk around the White House before going up to the roof top bar for some drinks. Excellent place to stay in Washington DC.

My mom and I visited DC to see the cherry blossoms. We had a wonderful 3-night stay at Hotel Washington -- from the friendly front desk to our cozy room with a great view. We also had breakfast at the hotel restaurant (all 3 mornings we were there) and the food was delicious, and the service was great. We also liked the location of the hotel....could walk to all the major memorials, monuments, White House, museums, etc. Would definitely stay here again!
