"I was given room keys to someone else’s room. When we tried to open the door, the key worked, but door was manually locked and there was someone already inside After switching to correct room, the hotel forgot to take down my card to cover incidentals. So what did they do to get me down to put down my card? Just locked me out of my room altogether to get me to come to the front desk The hotel was great/beautiful. But the way things were handled were the opposite. Probably the strangest hotel...
