"Staff are very courteous and helpful. Rooms are in decent shape but can certainly be more clean. Room service on busy days like Friday should be more prompt. It takes forever to get room service delivered. I dont blame the staff but the senior management should have more staff allocated as its a big hotel and I am sure the staff is running around. Please add more staff on busy days. Dont want the staff to be on the receiving end but instead the management should do a better job."

"Generally a great value and a satisfying hotel experience. Only bit of irritation was that I could not get an Uber to come directly to the property for pick up. Instead, I had to walk about 300 m to a pickup location. Not necessarily the fault of the hotel but it was irritating. "
