This is the second time that I’ve come to this hotel after having surgery in Chennai. The staff here is amazing, it is dog friendly, so I get to see dogs around the property, the rooms are very nice and contemporary, the food here is really amazing. When I’m back in the area, I’m definitely coming back!!!!

Beautiful resort perfect for relaxing after a week of business meetings. The staff was accommodating and lovely within all aspects of service. The food was 3-star quality but plenty of options and a willingness to assist on special requests. Highly recommend resort spa options and a walk around the grounds. Beach is quiet and the lifeguard and other amenities are well worth a nap on the chairs under shaded umbrellas. Would recommend!

The experience was great but property is a old and it is visible everywere including flooring of the room, various systems, locks, plumbing...etc That said, the service and hospitality is unbeatable!

That said this is no longer deserving of a five star rating in India and is not a good value for the enormous price we paid for 4 rooms for 3 nights(Granted we booked at peak holiday times but we noticed that resorts closer to Mahabalipuram are much more updated and modern for similar price)

This is a great resort property but lacks several amenities. Love the beach and great tasty food. BUT, For the price you pay, it lacks this: There is hardly much outdoor/indoor sports (tennis, volleyball, beach ball etc etc). No water sports. They have a small kids gaming room but lacks much entertainment for kids of various ages. They need to upgrade. Even their bicycles are broken and need repair. Only few are offered for guest. Resort lacks service. Staff is not friendly. Inside Seagull restaurant, service is slow and staff not friendly. There is also lack of staffing to cater all the guests in a very big resort. No evening entertainment. It’s kinda boring. Just enjoy the sea breeze. Bayview restaurant staff were not friendly. They just want you to order food and get out. You cannot even enjoy the food by the sea. Overall, I would give it a 3 star resort as it lacks several amenities.

Our family had an amazing, peaceful stay at the resort. Everyone was kind and accomodating, especially the chefs, given our kid has good allergies

It was a horrible experience from the start - comms were so bad that they held us for 45 min to get visa details , they upsell villa and the place lacked cleanliness , bathroom drain did not work , bugs all over the room , swimming pool was dirty , I hardly believe it is reported as 5 star -

Avoid.

Terrible. Waste of money and time. Wouldn’t recommend it. Training is needed for the reception all the way to the duty manager ! The property is well kept but the staff? Definitely not a Taj Holiday.
