"The location was easy to find using satnav and the access is very easy. There is ample parking in a quiet location. An unusual feature is that all rhe rooms are purpose built modern units detached from the much older public house part which also houses the restaurant. There is also a beer garden area with some shade. The benefit of this layout is that there are no staircases or lifts to navigate to get to your room. "I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was unacceptable. I stayed in Room 0, and just before going to bed I discovered that there was no water at all in the shower or taps. After a long, hot day, not being able to shower was extremely frustrating. What made the situation worse was that I tried calling the emergency contact number, but no one answered. I also attempted to contact reception and received no response there either. This wasn't just a maintenance issue—it was a failure...

"The property was clean. The staff were really helpful. The property is only about 10mins walk from Norwich city centre. We liked the room and appreciated that we could make our own meals if we wanted to. The room even had a washing machine. The only issue was there were less parking spaces than rooms which meant we were reluctant to drive anywhere once we had checked in as we may not have been able to park when we returned to the property."

I arrived late due to being held up at work so called ahead, the chap on the phone was kind enough to wait 1hr30 past the check-in deadline for me to get there, thank you!
