"It's the people (for me) that make a place. Don't get me wrong, the location, and Caistor Hall itself are both great, but the service we received made this an exceptional experience. We felt right at home, it's posh but without airs & graces, perfect. Michelle was just lovely, so friendly and helpful, knew the property, it's history, and spoke very highly of the owners (important that the leadership of a place like Caistor Hall is right). "Breakfast menu was good with freshly cooked items and several other options. Staff were all very friendly and efficient. Drinks at the bar were a bit pricey though so only had one drink. "
