From the moment we arrived the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel and room was immaculately clean. We had a drink in the bar in the evening and the young man serving was very helpful when choosing a wine to drink. I liked the fact we could easily walk to shops and restaurants near by. Overall we had a wonderful stay and will definitely be returning.

What a unique and historic hotel. We enjoyed a nice quiet room with a comfortable bed and excellent bathroom/shower. The staff was very accommodating and quite friendly. We loved their wonderful breakfast. Centrally located and great parking in a very congested part of Norwich. Highly recommended and supposedly the oldest hotel in the UK.

Staff friendly and polite, room clean. Coupme of things wernt happy with, no a proper kingsize bed two singles put together so ridge down the middle, wifi cutting in and out. Caution if you want an executive room with a sofa in it as not all have these and you have to tell them tou want this before you go.
