"This was my 2nd year in a row that I've stayed at Isla Bella Beach Resort. LOVE this place! Only a couple things... I choose the Adult Pool because you offer this choice, however the music never worked and the fountains never worked. I brought the music to your attention multiple times. It was mentioned that it had been fixed and it was not. The fountains weren't able to be fixed until after my stay. We are paying a lot of money to stay there and expect everything to be in working condition. Also, one day lying by the pool a waitress asked if I needed a drink. I said just a glass of ice please. She never came back with my order, but she came back with everyone else's order. I feel that she thought my order wasn't worth her time because she probably thought that she wasn't going to get tipped. Other than that, I TOTALLY enjoyed my stay. I'll be back again!"

"We had a full ocean view. The ocean was only a few steps away on beautiful white sand. The pool was ocean side as well. There are also piers to dock boats with sitting locations to watch the sunrise. "

"Great hotel right on the seafront. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The rooms are spacious, cozy, and very clean. Breakfasts are good, which is a big plus. During our stay it was seaweed season, and the smell was quite strong, but it wasn’t a major problem."
