"One of the most conveniently located hotels in Dubai, direct walk access to the Dubai Mall/ Burj Khalifa, access to the Metro, incredibly helpfull and caring staff - GORGEOUS large pool (great for those who love swimming like me) this is undoubtedly one of the best places to stay in Dubai - there were some issues with reservation and billing but the staff and the manager demonstrated why Kempinski continues to beat its competitors and the truly tough game of doing their best for their clients....

"The room was great and spacious. Location is excellent as it is a less than 5 minutes walk to the Dubai Mall. Go to the Apple Store to get to the balancing to watch the Fountain show. Staff is great with great communication and service. Highly recommended."

"I was surprised by the property's proximity to Dubai Mall, especially on the Waitrose side. This made it easier for us to take the Metro, as well as to get necessary essentials for the apartment. The apartment itself was well stocked in terms of cutlery and cookware. The only thing I wish they had given as a matter of routine was the sponge and detergent to wash dishes. However, our housekeeper managed to supply us with those upon request. "

"The apartment was fantastic. Very spacious. The views from this 27th floor corner apartment were gorgeous. The apartment had two balconies attached to the bedrooms and sitting room. Prompt attention was always available by the service team. Any concerns were addressed very expeditiously. Great experience staying in this lovely apartment . "
