the experience was very disappointing and absolutely not worth the price.
The view is not good. The balcony was extremely dirty, with dusty glass that clearly hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. Taking photos or even standing there was unpleasant because everything was covered in dust.
The apartment itself was not clean, especially the bathroom, which had visible stains. I honestly did not feel comfortable using it due to the overall lack of cleanliness.
The check-in process is unnecessarily stressful. You must send documents in advance, you are warned repeatedly about arriving at an exact time, and they mention possible fines if you arrive late. There is no waiting area, no luggage storage, and not even a place to sit
important detail: the listing is new and the building name shown in the ad is not the real one. Only after payment and confirmation do they provide the real name of the building. Once you look it up on Google, you can see that the building has very low rating
