"Nice and clean room with good amenities. Upon arrival, I was told I was placed in their sister accommodation as I wasn't in communication with the host on the days prior. Our room was located directly above a busy roundabout on a dual carriageway. I believe this wouldn't usually be a problem, but due to the extreme heat and with no aircon or fan we had to sleep with the windows open, which meant we couldn't sleep at all because of the sound of the traffic. "Walking into our room and there were crates of beers all over the room, old coffee cups, rubbish bags on the floor. Music blaring from the room next to it. Couldn't get hold of anyone to begin with even though its meant to be 24/7, eventually moved room and that was just as bad, floor doesn't look like its ever been cleaned, hair and pubic hair all over the bed, again so noisy, can hear everything from above and joining room. Basically in the middle of know where, closest tube is 45 minute...

"The Brownswood is lovely and I keep returning year after year. It feels like staying with family. Pub is a great time. Quick access on bus network or plenty of bikes around make commuting to central easy."

"This is my go to Hotel every time I’m in London - it’s so well equipped, so easy to access on the Elizabeth line from Heathrow and really handy bing close to Westfield Stratford is really starting to buzz with a lot of cultural options that weren’t there a few years ago the hotel has fantastic amenities and a great restaurant bar. The Japanese restaurant in the building is stratford’s best kept secret. The staff are always so attentive and friendly."

"Pro: we got a bigger room which is meant for handicapped guests; kitchen is complete however no seasoning provided ; water is refillable near lobby lift ; location is fantastic near to Westfield mall and Stratford station with 5 tube lines Con: only provide 2 coffee capsules for 4 nights stay, need to buy our own ; reception service is under expectation except Benito’s service is 👍"
