"The staff was so kind and helpful. For example, I’m American, so I didn’t understand why the switches weren’t working, so they explained the little card slot to me. They were also super kind and made me a pizza even though the kitchen was closed for dinner, since I got lost trying getting back in time. The breakfast was pretty good (i miss my pancakes lol), the room was clean, and it was very close by to a couple bus stations so not too far a walk. "Hotel and staff were extremely helpful. Never had any issues while staying here. Bed was super comfortable, and the room was huge for what i expected. Not sure why the shower was a foot higher than the floor, and to get out was quite dangerous when your wet, and the floor is damp. But the rooms are excellent. I stayed on the 3rd floor. "Great little apartment. It was clean and well maintained. Great for the price. walking distance to the over ground and only about 30 minutes with a walk and over ground to Tottenham stadium. Great food places near by and in walking distance. "

"A charming Gastropub hotel on the edge of Epping Forest conveniently located near Chingford overground station with direct links to Liverpool St. The hotel is a tudor style timber and white plaster building with stained glass windows amongst many other old world embellishments. One of the reasons I booked this property instead of an Airbnb was the expectation of basic hotel amenities and comfort. Unfortunately, the hotel advertised having a bar and restaurant, but neither was actually available during my stay. This felt misleading from the start. "Very clean, recently refurbished rooms and an easy self-check in process. Very comfortable beds, really quiet rooms at the back of the property, a fridge and safe in the room, and an excellent TV with loads of streaming options. The only slight drawbacks were a strange weed-like smell which lingered in the corridor just outside my room during my stay, and my colleague who stayed two floors up was disturbed on both nights by the 'passionate' noise of the guests in the next room..! Very easy...
