"Really easy access to the airport. Breakfast starts early enough to cover the dawn flights (although we didn't use it). We had no remote for the TV when we got to our room, and eventually had to switch to another room where the TV worked (as ours did not). That was a hassle with the super early flight. But they offered the switch to the neighbouring room really quickly to resolve the problem."

"The hotel and the rooms are getting very tired looking. We were booked for a deluxe room. The bedding was poor, one duvet was paper thin, the other did not fit the cover and was lumpy. The sheets did not fit the beds. The toilet bowl was cracked, the shower had a leak near the shower head. The cleanliness in the bathroom was poor. Very disappointing."
