My husband requested pancakes which were on the menu for an additional £2.50, so we were expecting a spectacular stack as a result; what he got was a couple of shop bought small pancakes to go with a very dry sausage and one rasher of bacon. "Very pleased with my stay, the Gentleman at the reception was extremely welcoming - shame I didn't ask his name, but he was very kind and helpful, even though I arrived at midnight he gave me all the information about the hotel and showed me where my room was. He also stayed for another couple of minutes to make sure my card key is working and I'm in the room, safe and sound. Thank you! "
