"My fiancée and I chose this destination as a midway point to meet and spend time together. Individually, our travel conditions were absolutely horrible. We were delayed by a day, and my luggage was lost. The hotel staff at Mazagan and the concierge did everything they could to accommodate us and make up for the negativities of our overall experience even though it was not the fault or responsibility of the hotel or their staff. "Conveniently located, very nice view from the room (ocean, palm lined street). All in all, I enjoyed it. The only two things I didn't like: very weak hot water pressure and windows sound proofing is very minimal: street noise is quite present."
