We were delayed by a day, and my luggage was lost. The hotel staff at Mazagan and the concierge did everything they could to accommodate us and make up for the negativities of our overall experience even though it was not the fault or responsibility of the hotel or their staff. "The personnel was nice and professional. The view on the sea is wonderful. There is not much to visit around, except for the beach and unfortunately the portugaise forteresse was closed. The Riad needs maintenance and not just a bit of painting. They were a lot of flies and lady bugs in the rooms. "
