Hotel Keluarga di Doukkala-Abda

"Before I begin forget about AC on this property only 2 towels in each room , The hotel is extremely dirty and poorly managed. The hotel seriously needs to evaluate options for improving general cleanliness.Had one of the worst experience in my life.Staff are terrible....front desk guys were worst and indifferent..i went with family and they have no consideration...room are worst quality i had to mop myself the room to sleep there , i had some request where is free in other hotels and we been...

"Staying at this riad in Safi felt like stepping back in time, in the best possible way. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel truly welcome. They were warm, attentive and genuinely kind. Breakfast was excellent every morning, and the large rooftop terrace has beautiful views that are perfect for relaxing at any time of day. A practical tip: the riad is close to the large gate that has parking on top, so park there for the easiest access. There is some construction in the area right...

"The standout part of our stay was the professionalism and solicitousness of the staff. They really go above and beyond. The hotel is located outside the small and unremarkable town of El Jadida - too far to walk at an hour's distance and unknown and complicated for taxi drivers. Best to show them the hotel on GPS and guide them on the way there. At the hotel one can enjoy the (unheated) large outdoor pool and terrace area, which has plenty of lounge chairs and tables. There is a large hammam...

"Wonderful j hotel so Good for relaxing and unwinding"

"Sfeervolle riad! Héérlijk eten. Vriendelijk personeel. Heerlijke bedden! Mooie kamer en badkamer. Lekker dakterras."

"The hotel is in a good location, but it needs significant improvements in management and overall service quality. There were many small mosquitoes in the room, which affected the comfort of the stay. The breakfast quality was also below expectations. I would strongly recommend reviewing the hotel’s maintenance, hygiene, and food quality, and investing in the necessary renovations and improvements. With a festival scheduled to take place here in October, it is essential that the hotel be...

"Being in an old church, the architecture of the rooms and the common area is unique and the decor very thoughtful. Staff are great. Highly recommended."

"C'est pas un hôtel de 4 étoiles, vue les chambres et installation. les chambres n’ont rien avoir avec un 4 étoile Le petit déjeuner a améliorer la vue est la chose la plus remarquable de cet hôtel les filles de l'accueil sont gentilles les serveurs aussi ils sont gentils"
