Ok for an overnight stop. Plenty of western food if you want it (KFC downstairs and McD’s across the road. Staff were ok and breakfast was ok. It’s situated a little outside of the town and feels a bit separate. The main reason for the lower review, is not the hotels fault, but the McDonalds stayed open until 1am with kids screaming up until then, made for a not so restful stop over.

Had an amazing stay! This hotel is fantastic—great views, spotless rooms, and all the essential amenities like hot water, AC, and fresh bed linens. The staff is incredibly friendly, with "Fadil" standing out for being especially helpful and welcoming, which made our experience even better. The breakfast was freshly prepared and absolutely delicious. I would definitely love to stay here again next time. Thanks for making our stay so comfortable and enjoyable!

Great place to stay with KFC in the same building and a McDonalds across the street. It’s a good walk to the Medina along the beachfront Malecon. Breakfast was excellent and our only issue was the hotel had no hot water during our 2 day stay. Otherwise definitely recommend it.

A fuir !

Séjour de 3 nuits extrêmement décevant dans un hôtel qui ne mérite absolument pas son tarif de 1200 dirhams par nuit. La suite semblait figée dans les années 30, avec des coussins de mauvaise qualité, presque plats, jaunâtres et douteux. La salle de bain était ridiculement petite : à chaque douche, l’eau se répandait sur tout le sol, rendant l’utilisation des toilettes désagréable et inconfortable, les pieds trempés. Situés au premier étage, nous n’avions aucune intimité : rideaux sales, tachés, et vue directe des passants si on les ouvrait. Demande d’un fer à repasser : on nous remet un modèle minuscule, presque un jouet. Ils ont proposé de repasser nos vêtements eux-mêmes, mais ce service a finalement été facturé. Le petit-déjeuner était inacceptable : harcha dure, msamen rassis, sans goût, visiblement préparés depuis plusieurs jours. Les serviettes ont été « oubliées », nécessitant plusieurs relances. Pas de climatisation dans la chambre, seulement dans le salon. TV basique, non connectée, inadaptée à 2025. Isolation phonique inexistante, nuits perturbées par les bruits extérieurs. Seuls points positifs : personnel aimable et vue sur la mer, mais insuffisants pour compenser la médiocrité générale. Expérience amère, à fuir absolument. Nous ne reviendrons jamais dans cet établissement, ni ne le recommanderons à quiconque. Aout 2025 notre séjour.

Bien si vous êtes seulement de passage

Hôtel bien situé à El jadida car évite de rentrer en plein centre. Mais la proximité avec le McDo juste en face fait que c’est très bruyant. Nous avons eu la suite confort car nous étions 5 (2 adultes et 3 enfants). C’est spacieux mais défraîchi. la chambre est séparée d’un petit salon avec 2 canapés. Un lit supplémentaire nous a été installé pour ma fille sans que nous le demandions. Le personnel est très serviable et accueillant. Nous avons pris notre petit déjeuner tard (10h30) et il a fallu donc attendre que tout soit renouvelé car il n’y avait plus grand chose malgré que le petit déjeuner soit proposé jusqu’à 11h le dimanche. En bref, bien pour une nuit mais pas plus.

Ich hatte einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt im Oceana Mazagan Suites Hotel. Die Zimmer waren makellos sauber, das Personal war unglaublich freundlich, und der Ausblick von meiner Suite war atemberaubend. Excelente, alguna cosa a mejorar

Fue excelente. El staff del hotel muy amable y acogedor. Tengo que mencionar en especial al chico del recibidor que abre la puerta por las mañanas es muy muy amable. El desayuno me gustó mucho, aunque un poco escaso estaba bastante rico. Lo único negativo que tengo que comentar es que deben cambiar los sofás, era sentarse y sentir que te hundias. Por otro lado, deben tener un control exhaustivo de los check in y check out. No es normal que todos los días los de limpieza nos abrieran la puerta estando nosotros dentro durmiendo, y además dejaban la puerta abierta. Me incómodo muchísimo que hicieran eso. Deben controlar las habitaciones ocupadas. Por el resto pase una excelente luna de miel. Muchas gracias.

Met wat ingrepen naar een 10, potentie is er!

Accommodatie is nog in verandering denken we. Advies gegeven iets aan de geluidsoverlast te doen van de lift, onze kamer grensde eraan. Royaal oppervlakte met twee ligbanken in het zitgedeelte, zou iets gezelliger ingericht kunnen worden. In de slaapkamer ontbreken stopcontacten bij het bed, erg lastig!
