"This a late review. My stay was from April 4-9 2026 with my 18 year old daughter and 15 year old son. Casa Nima by Lumina was an incredible place to stay and truly elevated our trip to Mexico. "Generic hotel. Expensive for what you get. Room was very basic and window opened to courtyard so no privacy. Like an old school Holiday Inn. Almost 200 usd after all the fees. Clean but not nice place. Bed hard as a rock."

"The elevator doesn’t work and my husband was trapped in it as soon as we arrived. The gym was unusable as it was under water. There is nothing close by in terms of groceries, the Walmart is closest but would be a 25 minute walk and do not recommend it. The appliances worked but all the cupboards smelled strong like vinegar. "Excellent location and cute facilities. The owners are sweet people and have the cutest dog and cat around the property. The room was pretty basic and I had some trouble with the hot water in the shower, but it was very comfortable and clean, with some unique art. I do think this property is not for everyone but I really enjoyed my time there."
