"The unit needs a little TLC. Peeling ceiling in the bathroom, marks on walls, stains on sofa, baseboards marked up. When I first arrived the AC was making an awful noise. I let my host know and by 10am the next day maintenance arrived and resolved it. Lucky me. Really appreciate the quick response. FYI-the shower floor is ultra slippery. I took one step after I’d turned on the water and if I hadn’t had shower shoes I would have gone down hard."

"The pool and beach facilities are outstanding. It is great to have a swimmable beach in the Cabo area. And the boat rode is only about 2 minutes to get to the beach area."

"This hotel has great rooms very clean and the cleaning staff is excellent however, when I made my reservation, I failed to put that there were two people to the room. I had no idea that she had to pay extra for another person. We were informed that there is no restaurant and no bar because they were doing construction and moving everything to the pool area. This was disappointing that we didn’t know ahead of time. I wish they had told us ahead of time the location is excellent and a great place to have breakfast since there is no dining is café califia. The pool area is nice, but people were always looking for towels."
