"Sercotel is in a good location, for us it was important that a hotel was a walking distance to some tourist attractions as well as not that far from the airport. The room itself is clean and the staffs are excellent, friendly and helpful! Breakfast was delicious and the staff who's always there makes sure everyone is attended to and checks the food/coffee stations. Overall stay is wonderful!"

"The hotel is centrally located just around the corner from the cathedral. It was very clean and the staff was amazing. Our only complantis that the wi-fi was not the best. To get good wi-fi you had to go down to the lobby. The TV was also all in Spanish (big surprise), it just would have to have had some English speaking channels espcially for the news."
