"I booked an accessible room as I was travelling with my mother who has a wheelchair. Disabled parking bays right next to reception and plenty of parking, all free made arrival easy. The room was spacious enough for the wheelchair and the roll in shower with seat had great water pressure. Pull cords in bedroom and bathroom. Lowered basin etc. Beds were very comfortable. "me and my partner paid extra for private mud bath and spa the staff at the spa were excellent taking us to a private area and making us feel very welcomed around the area.
