Room 212 the smallest room ever

I was Charged full price at £123 for 1 night for a standard Double I was given room 212 which is probably the smallest room I have ever had the mis pleasure of staying in. The bathroom was so small it was a struggle to shut the door without leaning over the toilet. I don't have a problem with them putting someone in these kinds of rooms but don't charge me full price for it.

The welcome note was to the wrong person.. so it makes us worried we have been checked in wrong room. Breakfast was a bit chaotic. We were told to pick a table and when we did, they said we can’t sit there although there are people sitting there. The only thing that was good, there is aircondition but it turns itself off after sometime which was in the middle of the night...

Food much nicer than expected. Healthy salads, bean sprouts, pomegranates, lovely fresh home made mushroom soup. Board games for kids in the bar. Rest just as expected. Clean, modern, comfortable. Room small but fine. No bath. Can’t hear the motorway.
