"Everything has it's own pin code access; car parking, main entrance, room, garden area, etc. Make sure you have all the pins sorted BEFORE you arrive, there is no one at the Queens Inn who can help you, albeit they are very friendly and helpful. Tip: Perhaps keep a small piece of card to write all the pin numbers on so that you are not routing through emails trying to find pin numbers when you desperately need to get into you apartment. 😅"

"A power cut all day meant that the hotel had to rehouse us at a local hotel. It took hours of time and was a huge inconvenience. The staff were as helpful as possible, but I am pursuing the issue with Novotel."

"Booked this hotel for its location and being able to bring my dog. Room was clean and spacious. Good selection of food available."

"The rooms was amazing. Staff so nice and respectful. Kitchen and living room fantastic"

"Excellent stay at The Stuart Hotel and a special mention about Kartar Singh who made me feel at ease and so helpful with every little thing that had a concern for. He needs a special recognition and well deserved. Thank you"

"Clean, helpful friendly staff. Secure free car park behind automatic gates If you want to discuss anything with staff before arriving I recommend you call and speak with them as the online messaging app did not seem to work. "Personeel heel aardig, schone kamer. Wel geluid door airco (ook bij uitzetten blijft geluid) en lopend water als andere kamers douchen. Bed iets te hard en met harde knopen in de topper. Kussen wel fijn. Locatie is heel goed."

"Problem checking in needs attention. No contact or keycode sent. Had to telephone and luckily the woman who answered sorted the issue. It did mean we were later checking in though. It was suggested that the problems were the fault if Hotels. "I found it deeply disturbing that some guests were permitted to sit in the foyer, lounge and breakfast room in their pyjamas and moreover, to discover that this practice is acceptable with Mercure St Helens, Merseyside. All of which made our stay an uncomfortable one."

"Lovely room, staff very friendly and helpful. Food was delicious."

"Outstanding! Beautiful building, super comfortable room, super friendly and helpful host, convenient location. I was upgraded to the 2nd floor family suite with beautiful Gothic stained glass windows and a tower! Great experience, highly recommended."

"Wat een pareltje vlak bij Anfield. Prima online contact met Lindsey. Keurige kamer, voorzien van div gemakken, koffie, thee, enz. Ook gemeenschappelijke woonkamer zag er keurig uit. Rustig verblijf Geen externe geluiden."
