"The friendliness of the hotel staff, the dinner and the private dining rooms, the hotel garden and our Sanri Suite were all great.
Only the large breakfast room could be a little cosier; two rooms would be even better, as the hotel is quite large. However, the food selection was very good."

"Wonderful stay and a unique experience. Dinner in room and breakfast in banquet hall.
Traditional sleeping on tatami was surprisingly comfortable. Many staff are bilingual which made communication easy. And the hotel itself was in a quiet location overlooking the lake even though there were many tourists in the area. And a big thanks to our Nakai, Lisa who was a wonderful hostess"

"Overall experience were good. Like the onsen, but bed is too hard for us as we nit use to very thin mattress.
We have not very pleasure check out experience. The front desk called us three times for the 15 minutes late. Check out time is very stiff at 11:00am sharp.

"This is my first stay in the hotel. The room is spacious and clean, with a beautiful view of Mount Fuji. The location is excellent, as there is a free shuttle bus to Kawaguchiko Station and the Shinjuku-Kawaguchiko bus stop right at the hotel. "It was an exceptional hotel with an excellent customer service and amazing facilities. Breakfast was never the best. Everything served was great food. The hotel is right on the lake, with beautiful views of Mt.Fuji from the roof top, and we had that same view from our room - it was spectacular! "More than we ever expected! Everything was thought out, ameneties are provided (toothbrush, toothpaste, hairbrush, q-tips, wipes, skin care, etc) Breakfast was safe as a person with peanut/nut allergies, every allergen is identified, made life easier. Staff is so kind and nice. They held out luggage after checking out. We took a free shuttle offered by the hotel to get to Kawaguchiko station. Very helpful,"
