Cari Hotel di Wilayah Puno

"What can I say apart from a top notch hotel and staff! We had to book at the last minute this hotel at 5;30am and were at the hotel by 6am. The staff was wonderful. We arrived in Puno buy a night bus and we were allowed early check-in free of charge. Delmy and Raul at the reception were exceptional during our stay. Raul helped us a lot in explaining the various daily tours that the hotel had on offer and he helped us in organising those tours. Delmy at the reception was always helpful and helped...

"Beautiful hotel on an island in lake Titicaca. It’s got a causeway, so no boat required. The staff are wonderful, especially German at front desk, Paul at the bar, and David in the restaurant. Rooms are comfortable and clean, beds are comfy. Loved it there and would stay again."

"The owners go way beyond in helping. Very relaxing stay"

"We enjoyed our stay at the Tierra Viva Puno hotel. The location was great a few blocks away from the city center. The breakfast was good, the staff was helpful..The bed mattress was very good and all the linens were clean"

"Good"

"Place is in good location, that’s it."

"Rooms were clean, and some of the better bathrooms that we've found in Peru hotels. The onsite restaurant was good, but my wife did get food poisoning (the other 3 of us did not). The location is a bit out in the middle of nowhere with no shops, restaurants, or other hotels nearby."

"The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful, and the dinners were the best food we had in Peru."

"Very friendly and helpful staff. They even prepared us a to-go breakfast since we left early in the morning. Good breakfast, clean and centric place."

"I do not have any comment. Everything were above the minimum standard."

"Très bonne option si vous souhaitez dormir à Los Ouros car à l’ecart de la foule! Au calme! Chambres standards = grand bungalow traversant sunset/sunrise grande baies vitrées Terrasse avec bed A l’interieur, verranda avec plafond vitré pour admirer les étoiles. Plat unique proposé le soir et quelques snacks. Moment hors du temps."

"Beautiful location. The rooms were clean. They were very attentive to our needs. Prepared breakfast and dinner for us. A great tour of the Uros islands was also included. If anyone is visiting during the Peru winter season i would just recommend layering up. They do provide a lot of blankets but you can never have too many. An unforgettable experience seeing the stars out on this lake. 10/10"

"お部屋の雰囲気や目の前にチチカカ湖が見えて、素晴らしい朝日も見える立地に大満足な滞在でした。レストランから見える庭園も素敵で朝食や夕食もとても優雅な気持ちになります。お土産ショップも品揃えが充実していたので、買い忘れがあったとしてもこちらで追加で購入出来ました。ホテルスタッフの方々も皆さん親切な対応が多く、ペルーの素敵な思い出です。ありがとうございました。"

"Todo muy bien por el costo"

"Clean, safe, comfortable , nice people"

"It was a little noisy, had to change my room. Also the front desk was not so friendly."
