Great room, comfortable bed, helpful, friendly staff, great restaurant, great amenities, amazing views. Overall, a tremendous international hotel where you definitely would not expect it.

We loved seeing the alpacas and cuy on the grounds - and appreciated gazebos, swings and teeter totter for fun moments. The staff treated us very well and we had all our meals at the nice restaurant and bar. We were able to store our bags after check out, allowing for the Uros tour by boat from the ...

The staff were very helpful and friendly, even printed a document off for us last minute which we needed to travel. The rooms were spacious, clean and quiet

I didn't go out for too long in Puno so unable to comment more.
Nice for 2 day break to visit the islands etc
A good entry to Lake Tititcaca. Some reasonable restaurants
