"El hotel es excelente, los servicios que presta son maravillosos, sobre todo la posibilidad de dejar el auto y ofrecer traslado al aeropuerto. Las habitaciones son muy cómodas y el personal de recepción es muy atento y servicial. Lo único que considero deberían mejorar es la atención en el restaurante y la calidad y servicio del menú, en mí opinión no se encuentran a la altura de los demás servicios y atención del hotel. Me parece un aspecto a mejorar"

"I asked Cristabol if there just an issue with my taxi to the airport on Sunday due to the market being on, he stated no problem and neglected to tell a 5 block radius was blocked off due to a military march, my taxi couldn't get through and I had to run 5 blocks and luckerly got a taxi which I paid twice for! As a local he knew there would be an issue but told me a different story " human nature at it's worst""

"Ola Santiago was a terrific Choice for us when we were in Santiago for three days. The location is in a nice neighborhood. We felt safe as Americans the entire time. We felt it was very easy to get around. Ubers were about five dollars anywhere you wanted to go in Santiago. After staying in other hotels on our vacation, Ola Santiago proved to have a terrific breakfast. The room we chose was a bit small, but that was our pick. Make sure you pick a room that’s big enough for your family...

"Very short ride from the airport. Driver was on time for pick up. Staff at the hotel was very friendly and accommodating. I didn’t get to enjoy the amenities as I was there for a short time. The room was clean and comfortable. The towels could’ve been a little fluffier. Breakfast was delicious. The rice served at breakfast reminded me of home."

"What a lovely little gem in the heart of Bella Vista. This is a stunning heritage building with large, clean comfortable rooms and a feeling of grandure and comfort. It has a beautiful greed courtyard to relax in and is like an oasis in this very busy corner of Santiago. Castiil Rojo is walking distance from the restaurants and bars of Bella Vista, San Cristobel Hill, Barrio Italia, Barrio Lastaria and the historic centre.
