"Everything about the apartments was excellent apart from a problem with the Wi-Fi and this was remedied swiftly by the staff who supplied a brand new router for us. I would happily stay there many times it is a lovely place with lovely staff "

"We stayed in a two bedroom villa off the pool. It was so lovely, staff is so helpful and nice. The pool is awesome, especially the pool man."

"Rigtig søde. Hjalp når der var brug for det. 24 timers reception. God mad i restauranten. Morgenmaden kunne vælges fra a´la carte kortet. Der var rigeligt at vælge imellem. roomservice. værelset trængte til en lille opgradering, men det var rent. De er ikke så hurtige til at komme med maden. "

"WiFi is bad never service in room cleaner is excellent but the hotel needs upgrading breakfast service was ok but I had to tell them it was cold a few times the staff are very helpful they would always try to solve any issue even with things they couldn’t I believe the hotel is a 3 star not 4 & it’s way overpriced "

"This was a quick booking due to the electric instability problem in the Gambia...I booked after 12am . The front desk girl Lisa was very cheerful, responsive , and has great customer service. The room I booked the door appeared as it has been kicked in it wouldn't close properly, the room smelled of extreme mold, the ceiling fan didn't work, which is something I have to have to sleep, the room felt as though it had been slept in, it was NOTHING like I'm use to the cocoa properties.
