I arrived late due to New Years eve traffic, and had to walk about 2 miles. The staff provided a wheel chair amd took me to my room. The New Year eve Celebration on the resort was beautiful and the food was amazing..

A very enjoyable stay

The hotel is in a bustling tourist area but not as noisy as I feared. Easy to get around. Taxis are cheap. Lots of restaurants and cafes immediately outside. Very good breakfast selection. Helpful staff. Very clean room and clean around the hotel and grounds.

Second time staying here and it was just as good as the first. The service is impeccable and they really take care of their guests and the property. The tiniest bug was that last time I rented an apartment that included a kettle for heating water. This time there wasn't one in the room as they're only in the apartments and not the other rooms. The staff found one for me so no issue at all really, just to let you know if it matters.

Property was peaceful, staff excellent. A very good taxi service offered via the taxi controller at the hotel entrance. Bad points were: lack of plug points in rooms which were badly appointed. Very old fashioned and would not meet the 3 star standard given in the UK.

Beautiful hotel surrounded with lots of greenery. I enjoyed hearing the different types of birds early in the morning with their melodies. Very clean, quiet and conveniently located. The housekeeper Mari Mendy was amazing. My only issue was with some of the security staff members as they were a bit unprofessional. Overall I had a great time.

Beautiful hotel with luxurious gardens

Nice hotel with beautiful gardens ,plentiful birds , nice swimming pools . The location is great . Very comfortable apartment , good bed for a good night sleep and to seat at the balcony enjoying nature, always very well cleaned by very polite and nice staff. Breakfast good with plenty of choices . The hotel staff is so nice and friendly , you really feel welcomed here. It was a pleasure to spent 11 nights here will definitely come back. I want to thank specially Mr. Abdulah ,Miss Mariah and her team at the reception.Thank you :)

I have stayed at the Senegambia Beach Hotel many times before and it never disappoints. The staff all around the hotel are friendly and polite and can’t do enough to make your stay an enjoyable one. Jarra and Kemo at the beach pool are amazing guys who take care of everyone around the pool and are happy in their work. The breakfast is a various array of delicious food with egg and pancake chefs, you will not be disappointed! Can’t wait to return!

It was an amazing hotel. Staff was courteous and friendly. My only suggestion is that with the housekeeping staff as many tourists come to the hotel they may or may not need a housekeeper to iron some shirts at a moment's notice therefore more people need to be hired so that the housekeeping can have attendants offering a 24/7 service

The best in Gambia!

I think The best in Gambia. Wonderful Garden a lot of different animals birds Monkeys snails Monitor lizards. The whole Unit is very Safe . But they Are a Little Bit rude sometimes to black guests. The breakfast is since 10 years The Same but very Safe ! And good . Allso for Vegetarian people. They work with Gloves.

Great location and excellent landscaping. Rooms need general upgrade. Not even a bottle of drinking water was provided. It rained a lot diring our stay. They need to provide umbrellas between reception and rooms for guests.
