"Save yourself the trouble—this property lacks professionalism, comfort, and basic upkeep. The location was another letdown. While advertised as convenient, being directly opposite Keir Srynge Market meant struggling to locate the property every time I went out and tried to return.The area felt unsafe after dark, with limited lighting and no clear pedestrian pathways. I would never recommend Sweet Mama Residence to anyone. "

"This is a true gem. The owners were wonderful. They called to check on me and even surprised me with dinner a couple nights (which was amazing). The bed was comfortable, the air conditioner worked well. I will surely stay there again. The WiFi signal was the best I have ever experienced in The Gambia. I highly recommend it. They told me they are opening a restaurant in December which will be great. "

"The two properties l stayes at were terriple, filthy, noisy and lack proper management. After 4 days in lagacy phases 2 and 4 l moved to to another hotel. "Nice clean place, very wonderful staff doing the food facilities. My check-in receptionist was not very welcoming. House cleaning Wednesday staff stole my MacBook Pro charger. Yes the hotel has a room safe but forgot to secure all my chargers so they choose to take the Apple charger. The beach is not bad. In the mornings the water comes all the way up to the rocks. The one swimming pool is nice with the center water bar other swimming pool is away from the beach. I think it is a wonderful family friendly place as they have the feeding of the vultures at 11:30am everyday and the monkeys are seen during breakfast time on the rooftops. Water and drinks are best bought at the mini supermarket outside the resort."
