"This place has fallen into disrepair. There is no staff on premises- any issues require a call to Happy Rentals, which was very responsive but really, there needs to be someone at the property. We had a clogged shower that we just bought drain cleaner for and treated ourselves. The handrail in the elevator was laying on the floor when we arrived. After 2 days it was still there. My husband and I managed to reinstall it ourselves. Overall, for what we paid, not a good value. The town is lovely...

"Chek in war schnell. Mein Zimmer war sauber. Besonders war für mich, schnee weisse saubere Frottier Tücher. Zimmer hat kein Telefon und im Reception auch kein Personal. Safe funktionierte nich, deswegen musste ich 1. Tag Techniker warten. Das war unangenehm.
Alpentherne Bad Galerie mit geschlossene Laden wirkte nicht einladent.Man kriegt kein Info. Bad war gut."

"We enjoyed our stay. Our room had a wonderful view of the Matterhorn. After hiking and a long walk. They have amazing spa with a heated outdoor pool, indoor pools and jetted tubs. They offer a free shuttle pick you up at trian station. The room was nice and staff as well."

"This was our third stay at Hotel Firefly in Zermatt, and once again, we had an amazing experience.
We stayed as a family of five, including our 6-year-old, and everyone thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The hotel has a wonderful atmosphere, and the staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Their hospitality really made us feel at home.
