"This is our 4th and best time at Dreams Tulum. The preferred club was well worth every penny. Manuel was incredible from the check in where we were whisked into a private lounge where we could eat and drink while checking in, no waiting. "Extremely clean room, fabulous staff, good food and plenty variety. The convenience of electric trolleys travelling between the Bahía resorts. The beach very clean and a great calm water section. Great variety of pools and very clean pool deck. "

"Staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Room was lovely and we slept very well. Gorgeous ambiance. We especially loved the breakfast and watching the sunrise with complimentary coffee. An added perk was the ability to use the cabanas at Mi Amor. Would definitely stay at Mezzanine again! Concierge was great and taxis were very easy.
