"Breakfast was good, with food & coffee hot & plenty of it. Had a decent selection of options. They could offer some greek yogurt, but what they had was OK. Would stay here again. "

"Two things I felt were needed: 1) better lighting outside along the road up to the Atlas. At night time, it is quite dark and the house on the right where we turn was lit up but not the hotel office. It was confusing. 2) A much bigger sign is needed for the hotel office. Again at night is when many guests arrive and once you are inside I had to figure out their old system of picking up the phone and wait for someone to come check me in. "

"The room was comfortable, spacious and quiet. The view and common areas were lovely for relaxing, working or coffee/breakfast. And, it was. so nice to have trails onsite as well as be near Minnewaska and Mohonk."

Therefore, I did not receive any services (room cleaning or bed change). Many long-term guests worked behind the counter, helped new guests, and cleaned the rooms. The credit card and personal information of guests are not safeguarded because long-stay guests were going in and out of the staff office and...

"Horrible from beginning to end. No towels to shower and took over 5 hour from front desk to get some, dirty cups/utensils in room kitchen, told to get ice from bar but nobody was ever there. Phone didn’t even work properly and calling front desk option inactive. Ruined our Romaric getaway."
