Cari Hotel di Town of Highland

"When booking a luxury spa getaway, I primarily evaluate two factors: room ambiance (design, light, and comfort) and in-room amenities. On the first count, our king-size suite delivered. It was stunning—spacious, flooded with natural light, and outfitted with large windows and motorized shades. However, the in-room essentials fell short. At $650 a night in a secluded location, missing basic vanity supplies like lotion, shower caps, loofahs, dental kits, and sewing kits felt like a major...

"No staff available onsite for check-in and check-in instructions were unclear. Staff did not answer the phone when we called the number provided for help. There is no one to ask for extra towels or other amenities. Room was clean enough but smelled strongly of mildew and the windows did not open so there wasn’t a way to air it out without leaving the front door open. The hot water was warm at best. The vanity/mirror in bathroom was mounted so high, I could only see the top of my head. Very...

"I am a diabetic and breakfast were foods I could not ear."

"The staff were very helpful. There were three nice fire pits. But for $298, $306, $236 / night (3) I would have expected a much nicer breakfast. It was very limited and served outside on the first two mornings. The outside temperature was at best 60 degrees (i.e. too cold to eat outside). On these days, there was only one hot choice. On the 2nd day even the hot item was cold. The 3rd morning was inside but there was only plain bagels, yogurt, and cold cereal. A surprise on my bill was a...

"Large living area and kitchen. Enjoyed our stay and would definitely return."

"This property was modern, clean, easy to check in and out and the lake view was great! It had a relaxing vibe. I highly recommend it and will book this property the next time I’m in the area."

"Nice garden. Small older rooms but the deck and dining is pleasant"

"Very close to highway so kind of noisy, but didn't affect sleeping. Convenient to food and supplies."

"The property is located very close to the Performing Arts Center. I would not recommend walking to a performance, but it is less than a mile from the venue entrance. The hostess is lovely and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious! We had a comfortable stay."

"Close to downtown. Clean and nice."

"This is my goto when I am in the area. Great staff, great food and a lot of stuff to do in the area. Can't wait to get back."

"Live music at the restaurant, accommodation g staff, clean room with comfortable bed, very small bathroom with shower but very clean"

"This was, by far, the least clean property I have ever stayed in. There were signs that it wasn't going to be nice, and certainly not fancy, but I was still shocked by just how dirty the facility is. There were used tissues on the floor under the edge of my bed, the mirrors and television were covered with fingerprints and smudges from attempted cleaning, and the room smelled like smoke - no doubt because the windows were open and there are ashtrays outside each room. The bathroom had been...
