"The hotel has gone through extensive renovations and it shows very well. I believe all the rooms are updated and very new. The service at the counter is always great and they found packages that were delivered to the hotel the week before I'm very thankful for a wonderful stay again at the East Hampton!!"

"Check in was super easy, and the room was quite, water temp was good as well. Not sure if I had a bad remote, but could not access the guide when using the TV, and the A/C had trouble getting to 68 or below, and when set at 68 would make some noisy clicking sounds continuously unless turned off. Set at 69 was fine, still comfortable, and no noises."
