"Checkin was very pleasant, customer service was excellent as always. We’ve been at this hotel for many years, we come at least 2-3 times a year. We love the views from the balcony with a nice cup of coffee in the morning. Spa service with Narti is excellent as always, she does Medical massage and takes my work stress go away. We will always come back, dedicated customers at this hotel. "

"Very friendly and cooperative staff. There was an issue with noise on the roadside, and they changed our room immediately.
